C2 Systems is currently seeking a technical program manager in support of our software development programs.   Job summary  The C Squared Systems Software Development team is seeking a Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will be an integral part of the development team responsible for creation of program plans, reporting project status, managing priorities, as well as developing and implementing new project management processes. You'll work with the development team focusing on several products and projects, and coordinate their product deliverables and schedules. As a Technical Program Manager you will need to have expertise in both program management and software development, apply your skills and experience to facilitate collaboration with your teams, and be self-motivated and accountable for your own commitments and deliverables. This position is based in our Auburn, NH office and is a great opportunity to make a difference in both existing and new C Squared Systems products, programs, and processes.   Primary Job Responsibilities Successfully manage and coordinate a multi-phase program by leading cross-functional teams to define, scope, plan, and deliver high-quality software Ensure informed decisions and governance by bringing together stakeholders and providing a unified view of project status and risk factors Oversee all aspects of new and existing programs or projects from start to finish Act as the single point of contact for all program activities, schedules, and statuses Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate product releases and report program status Develop and maintain the master plan and schedule for multiple product releases Develop and nurture key relationships with business development, software development, and quality assurance management Coordinate and lead weekly team meetings Foster an environment of collaboration, trust, and accountability for departmental and cross-functional teams Proactively identify and escalate issues and potential obstacles Be both flexible and adaptable to changing demands based on the needs of the business
