Territory Sales Manager Experienced Insurance Territory Sales Manager with Bilingual English and Spanish Speaking Skill Sets. Territory Sales Manager   Territory Sales Manager Business Development Manager/ Marketing Representative (Territory Sales Manager) Experienced sales oriented and highly motivated Business Development Manager / Marketing Representative needed to serve Arizona state territory. This Business Development Manager will ideally live in the phoenix metro area and will require travel. We are searching for a driven, enthusiastic individual who has a proven track record of high performance and solution based sales strategies within the non-standard automobile insurance industry. JOB DUTIES: • Develop, maintain and expand relationships with retail insurance producers. • Provide training on proprietary products & technology to maximize results through creative sales strategies & account prospecting. • Resolve agent issues and act as a liaison between Agent and company. • Consistently perform effective sales calls throughout the assigned territory & close new business opportunities.  • Provide timely communication & follow-up to customers, delivering an excellent customer service experience. • Plan territory routes to maximize sales outcomes. • Minimum of 50% statewide travel, with approx. 6-8 nights out per month.  POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • 2-5 years outside sales experience, preferably in the non-standard automobile insurance industry.  • Excellent sales track record & motivated by achieving measurable goals.  • Excellent communication, organization & interpersonal skills.  • Have a thorough understanding of personal lines of insurance, coverage’s & producer responsibilities. • Must be bilingual and articulate in both the English and Spanish languages.    This company is an “A" rated mutual insurance company with a 110+ year history.
