• Vietnamese
• A bachelor's degree in business, hotel management or another hospitality-related field is preferred.
• Good experiences for at least 3 years in hospitality years similar position in the international hotels.
• Good commands of English (spoken & written).
• Problem Solving Skills and effective Complaint Handling.
• Leadership skills and strong Training Skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and challenging jobs.
• Ability to work internationally.

Mô tả công việc

Be aware and perform good attitude within the team and toward guest.
- Maintain the best condition of rooms according to the HK check list.
- Develop standard procedures for routine tasks to enable employees to develop consistent work habits.
- Attend the trainings, briefings, meetings conducted by HR or the Management team.
- Be alert to fire and safety procedures and precautions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor /Management which is not included in this job description.
- Have a complete understanding and ability to control the Housekeeping Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions, Hotels policy relating to fire, safety and health and to adhere to the regulations. Report any hazard to health or safety immediately to Residential Manager or department heads.
- Select staff, set up, oversee and evaluate the housekeeping staff.
- Make the duty roaster for housekeeping staff.
- Supervise room cleaning and replenishing duties.
- Check the HK check list after finishing room cleaning.
- Report to the Management team about regular reports and any problems.
- Responsible for communicating with all levels or workers.
- Make round of the hotel for day/night performing random check on housekeeping personal`s work assignment to ensure with hotels standard.
- Develop standard procedures for routine tasks.
- Establish inventory records, and control.
- Involve employees in planning, meeting, finding new methods for housekeeping work improvement.
- Making suggestion to Management annual budget requirements on need under Managements supervision.
- Test all budgeted items for suitability, quality.
- Maintain ability for hotels requirements and oversees all costs arising in the department.
- Ensure laundry services of high quality.
