- Proficiency in Microsoft office and computer skill.

- Excellent analytical skills

- Able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective
action

- Qualified in implementation of EMS and OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series

- Fluent Bilingual English/Vietnamese in speaking and writing necessary.

- Deep knowledge in local rules and regulation and factory standards.

- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

- Good communication skill necessary.

- Ability to work under high pressure.

- Excellent organization, negotiating, communicating skills.

- Ability to work with team.

- Ability to assess and comment of candidate.

O In charge of HSE to create the safety working environment and reduce the damage of equipments

o Ensure the level of health, safety and environment protection compliance in factory.

o Propose and prepare the necessary procedures/system or amendment to procedures/system to be implemented in factory in order to satisfy the HSE

o Supervise all operation related to HSE as procedure set up.

o Review and approve the method statement from other departments related to HSE, risk analysis and prevention solution

o Review and improve the proposed areas to ensure health, safety and environment protection

o Review NCR (Nonconformance Report), CAR (Corrective Action Request/Report) and Preventive Actions whenever necessary, propose solution, and follow up.

o Review and propose all the NCRs, CARs and Preventive Actions, analyze the root cause, review and approve the proposals, follow-up, prepare and maintain the statistics.

o Give out improvement plan and propose the BOD on QSE matters (Quality Safety Environment)

o Advice, review and improve the Factory Management Plans about the safety at factory

o Propose and participate to the preparation of training and training plans

o Prepare the necessary documents to the Company Management Yearly Steering committee meetings.

o Support the Safety officers and supervisors in HSE through controlling procedures and testing in the factory.

o Organize efficiently the necessary factory induction to each new comer in factory, tool box meetings, and any other HSE training in order to improve the awareness of everyone involved in factory, reduce the risk of accident.

o Take all appropriate actions to promote HSE. Give the necessary support to the factory teams, including subcontractors/clients/partners in their elaboration of management plan, risk analysis and action plan, and eventually approve the agreed documents.

o Contact with security to make a meeting minute when to figure out the violation of occupational safety, occupational health, fire safety and the others which are related to HSE
