- Experience: At least 02 years of working experience in a forwarding or logistics company/ Export-Import Department.
- Fluent in English (oral and written)

- Sense of urgency, able to prioritize

Mô tả công việc

- Shipping Coordination to ensure shipment are proceeded properly and on time.
+ Receive all shipments request (export/import) and coordinate with agency to ensure shipping documents and shipments are proceeded properly and on time.
+ Follow up with agency on shipments declaration, transportation, liquidation, import tax waive or refund.
- Shipping cost: Monitor and update and shipping costs.
- Filling: Shipping documents filling and restoring scientifically.
- Report: Periodically reports to management on the import/export shipments status.
- Other tasks as assigned by Shipping Head
