Communicate with buyer and factory smoothly and closely is main point:
• Control the product quality as per technical request
• Ensure constant progress on quality assurance and social compliance organization for suppliers
Can solve problem while it happened:
• Source, select and manage trim’s delivery on time to keep W/H date of buyer
• Develop and industrialize new products (sample / trial and mass production) with clear development planning.
