Carolinas Telco Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Business Development Manager. This position requires a sales focused, positive individual who is a self-starter, and is highly motivated. Headquartered in Charlotte, CTFCU is a financially strong credit union with over $379 million in assets serving the telecommunications industry in North and South Carolina. Responsible for the administration, development and implementation of CTFCU’s operational policies, goals and objectives.  Organizes, plans, directs, and controls all functions that are associated with branch operations.   Responsible for maximizing service delivery and sales to members through multiple branch offices. Responsible for achieving organizational goals and service expectations. Supervises and appraises the activities of subordinate managers and ensures that all services are professionally delivered to help the members achieve their financial goals.
