- Strong advocacy and leadership skills
- Initiative and creative in solving problems
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills
- Good oral and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese)
- Good computer skills in MS-applications (Word, Excel, Internet, Email)

Mô tả công việc

1. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with project partners and stakeholders.
- Act as the contact and information focal point for the project with technical advisory team, partners, stakeholders and donor.
- Prepare and coordinate the preparation of the program, annual and quarterly work plans.
- Prepare project budgets and monitor budget disbursements project reports as required by the donor.
- Fundraising

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Technical writing skills and the proposed solution efficiently.
- Ability to create the project plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analysis and problem solving skills.

Viện tài chính vi mô và phát triển cộng đồng (MACDI) là một tổ chức khoa học – tài chính- xã hội phi chính phủ có trụ sở tại Việt Nam. Viện được thành lập vào năm 2007 và được cấp phép bởi Bộ khoa học và công nghệ. Viện là pháp nhân độc lập. Viện có con dấu riêng và hoạt động tự chủ, tự chịu trách nhiệm. Tầm nhìn của chúng tôi là đóng góp có hiệu quả cho việc xoá đói nghèo và đồng thời phát triển một xã hội công bằng, bền vững với nghành dịch vụ tài chính của nền kinh tế thông qua tri thức
