- Phiên dịch và hỗ trợ cho lái xe người Trung Quốc khi xe sang Việt Nam nhận và trả hàng tại nhà máy.
- Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh khi xe lưu thông trên đường.
- Liên hệ với người phụ trách nhận và trả hàng tại Bắc Ninh, Bắc Giang, Hà Nội
- Làm thủ tục khai báo hải quan lại Lạng Sơn.
