Kinh nghiệm

 From June, 2013 - At present: Work at Han Viet Co. Ltd.,

1. Assisting for Director:
o Implement and perform common tasks from the Director; Be a focal point between him and other department, and between the factory and customers.
o Preparation for meetings; Receive and conduct customers while visiting the factory.
o Receive and analyze information then report the production situations or any matters that occur during production process to the Director everyday.
o Receive orders from customers, monitor production plan, resolve customer’s complaints and requirements.
o Coordinate with mass production manager to inspect and detect errors in the production process for timely edit.
o Progress up the table for each procedure of each item and order correctly - and timely notice to all departments in order to start production.
o Prepare and monitor the processing contract and commercial contract.

2 .Personnel:
o Prepare documents for quality management system ISO 9001: 2008; build up management process; monitor compliance with the provisions of the quality management system ISO 9001: 2008 by the departments.
o Manage HR information and records. Subscribe to-date information of workers and personnel fluctuation.
o Implementation of the labor policy (social insurance, health insurance, retirement benefits, severance, sick, maternity ...) to employees under the provisions of the State and the Company.
o In charge of the tasks related to fire protection, occupational safety and health, food safety (for 1 year)
o Attendance, Payroll

November 2011 - At present: Working at Stella Hearing Company

1. Translate accurately documents in Vietnamese into English version and upload to Web-administration as well as interpret consecutively for the Director.
2. Consult customers; receive and and solve patient’s requirements, questions and complaints;
3. Negotiate with clients about the price of product
4. Coordinate the marketing of company’s services to the public and corporate companies.
5. Report, update market information related for sales operation to General Director;
6. Record, systematic, control incoming and outgoing correspondence, and arrange travels
7. Complete requested tasks related to Social Insurance and Department of Planning and Investment

 October 2010 - October 2011: teaching English at Hugo International English Language School;
o Teach English and make many presentations in front of classes
o Have lots of chances to communicate with foreign teachers
