• Purchasing Material from interior: Based on Corporation’s material plans, seeking and chosing the Material which meet with The corporation’s requests, with high quality, reasonable price from the famous interior provider, contacting and negociating upon price, quality and service to run order or make Contract with the providers.
• Collecting information about the orders and the progress of the material to report to leader, analyzing the change of the price to report to leader. Contacting frequently with Factoty and the related providers to update the information about material to make essensial solutions immediately.
• Purchasing material from oversea: Based on Corporation’s material plans, seeking and chosing material which meet with The coporation’s requests, with high quality, reasonable price from the famous oversea provider, contacting and negociating upon price, quality and service to run order or make Contract with the providers.
• Collecting information about the orders and the progress of the material to report to leader, analyzing the change of the price to report to leader. Contacting frequently with Factoty and the related oversea providers to update the information about material to make essensial solutions immediately.

• Responsible for reviewing Commercial Contracts, Service Contracts, Contruction Contracts, Lease Contracts etc..with Vietnamese, Chinese(Cantonese) and English content of Corporation’s Contracts.
