COMPETENCES
• Group and team work : Usually voted to be a monitor in a class ( population of nearly 100 people) or leader in a group ( from 5 – 10 members). The work gave me more chance to interact with people, to comprehend their characteristics and personality and competency. From that assign right people to right tasks and also know how to deal with conflits, how to resolve problem when it arises in group work in order to achieve the group final targets and goals.

• Socialism : Being a live wire keening on breaking the ice and get accustomed with people in an new working environment. Being nice and friendly with people that does not discriminate them from their race, religion, gender, age, disability, custom…
• Integrity and Honesty : There’s no skeleton in the closet having a clean slate over 22 years of my age. Frankly express my ideas or my thoughts from my heart to heart in meetings that leave nothing under wraps
