Mô tả công việc:
 Responsible for monitor of material and consumables as requirement.
To organize, prepare location to store / keep safe of all materials and consumables that under warehouse control and after getting arrival notice of materials.
To check quantity/quality of incoming materials and consumables based on approved PO pass relevant documents to Account Department for posting in the system within 14 days from the date goods delivered to Warehouse.
To coordinate with Purchasing, QC, Safety and Facility & Maintenance Dept. for checking, inspection or commissioning of incoming goods.
To provide suitable record filing for the following: Store Issue Voucher (SRV), Material Requisition and Issue Receipt Form, Goods Inward Inspection Record, Goods Discrepancy Notification (GDN) and others record that required by job.
To check & sign for receipt / issuing on Store Receipt Voucher and Store Issue Voucher that related to input/ output materials and consumables.
To issue and monitor of outgoing material & consumables to yard production side and mobilize to site based on approved Material Requisition & Issue Receipt Form/ Delivery Order/ Goods Exit Pass/ Equipment and Tools Movement Notification, coordinate with fork-lift, Crane team to arrange, etc.
To follow up “Minimum Quantity Stock Level” list and report on time when these items reached to alarm point (consumables).
To be responsible for any discrepancy under assigned control materials not matching with account report & prepare all records needed.
To report daily/weekly/monthly updated list of materials for current projects.
To do all necessary activities during yearly stock audit and whenever required. Report to Supervisor / Warehouse Manager all problems that concerned to store.
To coordinate with Production/ QC/ Safety/ F&M department to issue Scrap/ Missing Report of inventory items.
To follow company safety labor regulation (Human-Safety-Environment) especially Fire-Prevention / Fire -fighting regulation & apply requirements as per ISO company procedure in daily concerned works
To be ready for to supply manpower for temporary work in store when needed.
