- Organize, monitor, and adjust the production plan, cooperate with other departments to implement the projects within the factory.
- Manage, supervise the manpower; keep shift operation in controlled; cooperate with another department to achieve area’s KPIs.& ensure the highest efficiency of a production shift.
- Control, adjust packaging material, raw material as actual situation. Check the quantity of packaging materials received for daily production from Warehouse; make vouchers of packaging/raw materials received and finished products issued to Warehouse; Inventory the materials at the end of every period.
- Inform the short or low quality of packaging /raw materials to Production Manager, Production Assistant, and Purchasing Dept.
- Report the implementation of production plans and the personnel situation of Production Department to Production Manager.
- Follow up the implementation of the Company regulations, production procedures of production staff.
- Supervise the quality management program, ensure that finished products achieve the company’s quality standards & expectation of customer.
- Keep the working environment in good condition, food safety & labour safety, save electricity and reduce waste of packaging and raw materials.
- Check and co-operate with Maintenance division to ensure the stable operations of machines/lines; cooporate with Quality Control division to check the quality of package and finished products.
- Solve the problems arising in production shift, following Production Manager’s instructions.
- Sign on the annual/sick leaving permissions, shifting, timing cards of production staff…
- Make training plan and coaching plan for team-leader, operator.
- Plan, execute the manufacture improvement projects.
- Appraise the annual performance of operators.
