Kinh nghiệm

2013 – Present: RECRUITMENT & TRAINING EXECUTIVE

- Workers: receive recruitment demand from each dept, then sourcing candidates by post recruitment advertisement or contact recruitment agencies, etc
- Staffs: receive recruitment demand from each dept, then searching CVs via internet or via net of working; or post recruitment advertisement.
- Interview: Coordinate with each Head of Dept. to organize interview schedule.
- Base on setting budget and company salary structure, dealing salary with successful candidates, draft Offer Letter in English or Training Contract for them and submit to HR Manager review it before BOD approval..
- Doing induction program for new comers: introduce company profile, company mission and TOA-DNA; company Internal Labor Rules, company policies, site tour, and hand over new employees to related Dept.
- Coordinate with other Head of Dept to prepare Induction Programs to new employees when be required.
- Monthly update manpower report: resignation list and recruitment reports.
- Follow up yearly training plan and training budget to organize in doors and out doors training for all dept who have set demand.
- Cross check with HR executive and C&B Executive to ensure all income commitment with candidates on probation must be done after the employee pass probation.

2008 – 2013: ADMIN ASSISTANT

HR Tasks:
- Supervise Driver Team, Security Team, Receptionist and Cleaner.
- Take the main responsibility for the management/ usage of canteen management system by fingerprint.
- Prepare monthly report of canteen cost for every staff/ department/company on time.
- Hold yearly Mass-Training Course for all employees as Labor Safety Course, Food Hygiene Safety Course, Hala Course...And some public training course outside.
- Lead some events: Employees's Birthday Party, Special Candy Selling Program on Tet..and support some big events as Tet Party, Sport Day, Women's Day, Children Drawing Contest, Sales Conference, Business Review Conference, Family Day, Outing...
- Write and post Company Announcement
- Report the number of foreign labor to Binh Duong Labor Department.

Admin Tasks:
- Car arrangement
- Booking tickets, meeting room, hotel rooms, taxi, car renal, house rental...
- Make work permit, residence cards,visa, passport...
- Check courier cost, mobile bills, internet, electricity,water bills. Make courier crosscharge back.
- Purchase some office equipments, courteous gifts,...
- Claim Global health Insurance for Management Team.
- Receive visitor from Group.
