• WORK EXPERIENCES:
Business development (foreign trade):
- Market research: find out information of market, competitors,suppliers, customers
- Making the plan to sell to each market.
- Research and directly contact with oversea customs department to find information of customs regulations
- Handling shipment from Malaysia to other countries and vice versa
- Find out foreign trade knowledge and forwarding business
- Handling orders: negotiate sales contracts, payment terms, follow up the shipment schedule, delivery terms independently

Sales Executive of Exporting furniture, handicraft:
- Prepare sample, booking for joining furniture exhibition.
- Take care of customers :Guide customers visiting the showroom, factory, Introduce new products to customers.
- Control and support design and production team to satisfy customers (for developing submit new sample to customer).
- Check quality of sample, product (finishing, painting, packaging..)
- Work with supplier to deal the price. Make quotation and negotiate with customer about the price, material, term of contract, shipment, delivery….
- Prepare and check some customs documents: Inv, Pkl, BL. Working with shipping liner for booking the shipment.
- Control schedule and deal with all things during the time of shipment.
Supply chain controller, assistant store manager:
- Supervise the input and output of products about quality, quantity.
- Receive and check all orders from customers, then giving them to production department to carry out produce.
- Following the process of the orders and deal with the problems about the orders.
- Monitor the work’s execution of stalf in Supply division.
- Check quality control system for all products.
- Train Supplyer staff as well as Supplyer manager for knowledge of products
- Control the distribution channels.
- Make reports to director (detail report of each order, monthly sales reports, quarter sales reports…).
