November – December. 2012: Waiter at Highland Coffee
Take order from the customer, clean furniture, answer questions for customers on product packaging, such as coffee and cakes as well as the appropriate dish.

January – March. 2013: Waiter and manager assistant at restaurant Cote
Serve customers, take care of foreign customers, arrange furniture cleaning tables, serving food order, and look after the restaurant when manager not present.
Our regular customers are Japanese. They are punctual, tidy and require perfection as well as the high absolute hygiene and also quite picky in food must be properly presented. The experience taught me that the number of employees are not important, the important is that they can do the job or not.
A good waiter can carry the job of two or three people who can’t do the job well.
March – August. 2013: Sales coordinator at Sunrise Nha Trang Five Star Hotel
My work at Sunrise Nha Trang is managed Email of VIP and casual clients of the hotel, not only that I was in charge of emails marketing and take care of customers when they unclear about the event of the hotel and assist them to book the room. Promote looking for customers and how to fill 80% of room in every months. I also worked as assistant for Ms. Jane she is the director of marketing.
August. 2013 – Present: Translator and IT at Hong Bang Team Building
My job is the website administrator, Facebook, web hosting, email server, 3D stage design, working with Google to solve the problems related with email marketing ... and do SEO, translating specialized documents relating to team-building games, as well as propose new game ideas for customers.
I also responsible for translating, editing contracts from English to Vietnamese, Vietnamese to English for partners and send email marketing to our customers. Through a special software...
Not only that I also working with foreign partner on the issue of import equipment to implement the game performed in outdoor events.
Depending on the requirements of the job, that I study more and develop more skills to suit with requirements. But the important thing is constant development to better, rise higher.
