Customers
• Participate in service station, interacts with guests.

• Confers with managers to make a pre-meal check of service station and ensures sufficient mise en place is available and table setups are up to the set standards.
Profit
• Confers with Managers to inform all team members daily target and how to achieve.
• Take interest in the outlet profitability, keeps a strict control on expenses.
• Take responsibility in cashier duty to ensure that all billing settled properly and proper records are kept.
• Ensure that storeroom key control and security procedures are in accordance with the established systems and procedures to limit access to storerooms.
• Prepare Purchase Request for regular replenishment in accordance with the established par stock levels. Review such par stock levels and make recommendations for any changes and modifications to suit operational requirements and ensure more efficient operations.
• Prepare for monthly storeroom inventory by arranging items in an orderly fashion to facilitate stock take and count. Assist the Cost Controller in conducting the stock take.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
