2nd Shift CNC Machining Lead

The Machining lead will be responsible for the following.-Positively lead team projects to meet deadlines by monitoring utilization, shop capacity, hours worked, job responsibilities, and proactively keeping management informed of any issues that may arise or have risen-Train and coach less experienced machinists to improve their skills-Address and document personel issues-Review functionality of design on prints and proactively communicate potential issues to management and the engineering team-Communicate with the quality assurance team-Set-up and operate CNC and Manual drilling machines-Study production schedules and estimate work hour requirements for completion of job requirementsAbout Aerotek:Aerotek, headquartered in Hanover, Md., is a leading provider of technical, professional and industrial staffing services.
