If this sounds like you, you could be the next At Home Advisor on our Customer Relations team.This is a work from home position and we can consider candidates from cities across the US-you do not need to live in the city this is posted in to be considered.Key Qualifications:•Discipline to work remotely from home•Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm•Availability to attend approximately five weeks of virtual training on a fixed schedule that may include weekends•Flexibility to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. CST and 10:30 p.m. CST seven days per week•Successful completion of a pre-employment assessment and criminal background check•Successful completion of initial training •Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills •Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and flexible with changes•Experience resolving complex customer issues or questions•Excellent time management and organizational skillsDescription:As an AppleCare At-Home Customer Relations Advisor, you'll resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively while providing a world-class experience. You’ll be the friendly voice of Apple prior to and/or after returns, servicing or exchanges, providing award-winning customer service. The ideal candidate will use company policy and procedure to resolve a variety of issues while working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data require a review of a variety of factors.
