At ManTech International Corporation, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Responsibilities:Provide assistance to the Division Chief for CAF Strategic Planning, force structure and Manpower requirements; including unit-level requirements across the ARC. Recommend policy changes relating to manning, TFI, or other strategic initiatives to senior ARC leadership.Prepare senior leader briefings and memorandum and support the communication of these policy changes at the ACC A5/8ZN division level as well as NGB corporate structure. Assist in the support of TFI working with USAF counterparts to field and resolve issues. Maintain a continuous liaison with ANG CG staff at Langley AFB as well as key Air Staff directorates and NGB headquarters counterparts.Requirements:Must possess a Bachelor&s degree with 12 years& experience in CAF fighter operations. Previous rated pilot or Weapons Sysytem Officer on F-15, F-16, or F-22 with minimum of 5 years Instructor Pilot / Instructor Weapons System Officer experience in F-15, F-16, or F-22Special Access Program experience required.Three (3) years MAJCOM staff, or equivalent experience. (Above Wing level or sister service equivalent). USAF Air War College degree (or equivalent) and/or a Master's Degree is highly desired. Graduate of USAF Fighter Weapons School is highly desired. Must meet and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) and SCI eligibility criteria.Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance based upon a SSBI completed within the last 5 years.
