BEER DIVISION - Analyst, Business Analytics As a key member of the Insights and Analytics department, the Analyst-Business Analytics helps provide Sales Analytics to the organization to drive business decisions. With guidance from the Sr. Manager, the Analyst develops insightful and actionable analyses that will lead the company to an enhanced understanding of business drivers and result in accelerated growth. The Analyst will support Sales by providing timely insights and business recommendations utilizing analysis derived from multiple data sources. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support Sales in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews through comprehensive and insightful analysis that tells a story and provides recommendations for future actions Develop business reporting for Marketing and Sales that reinforces department vision of “One Version of the Truth" as it relates to insights across the entire organization Utilize multiple data sources to design and manage new dashboards and reports to increase efficacy and efficiency of scheduled reporting Work closely with the Business Analytics team to develop insightful executive-level presentations Implement and support Insights & Analytics “ToolKit" utilized by the Sales organization Develop toolsets and selling stories that further enable fact-based selling by field sales teams and distributor partners Create and maintain an organized catalogue of available resources Act as Commercial business lead on internal reporting systems, primarily COGNOS Work closely with the Business Operations group to understand the end-to-end reporting process, from distributor collection to commercial delivery Support National Sales with ad-hoc requests as needed REPORTING RELATIONSHIP The position reports directly to the Sr. Manager-Business Analytics
