- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Good soft skills: communication, negotiation, problem solving
- Good computer skills with a sense of responsibility, team work
- Careful, responsible, and can work under high pressure
- Willing to learn and develop

• Thời gian làm việc: 44 hours/week
• Kinh nghiệm: 1 - 2 Năm


Handle the outbound &inbound shipments
- Checking and issuing all related docs for outbound & inbound shipment.
- Source rates and services information to provide best offers to customers
- Solve problems with Airlines, Carriers, Agents, Customers
- Input daily update data to company’s software system (Fast Pro)
- Tracing/ updating and cooperate with worldwide agent network to handle shipments smoothly
- Report to management in form of daily updates and proper accurate weekly/monthly report
- Doing other works if required.
- Details will be discussed more in the interview.
