This position will focus on identity and access management or access re-certification. Should have good oral and written skills as well as strong customer service skills. Candidate should be a team player, self-driven with a willingness to learn. 1 to 3 years of IT Security, IT Operations or equivalent. Additionally, tech support representatives will be supporting the company's own communications products. Great candidates will be excellent communicators and bilingual speaking Spanish or Portuguese and multi-taskers who are eager to help customers and reach goals. Technical Requirements: Troubleshooting Technical Support Hardware Support Software/Application Support Previous helpdesk experience a plus!
