We are currently seeking a Branch Manager in our Field Case Management division for our Pleasanton, CA branch.In this job, you will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of an individual branch and provide overall administrative, supervisory, and technical support within the office, ensuring the efficient operation and profitability of branch.Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:• Directing case manager and support staff to ensure that: the case load and overall branch workload is distributed appropriately, the services delivered are in keeping with GENEX's quality standards and regulatory requirements, and that the office operates, as a whole, to maximize revenues.• Ensuring that the branch is complying with state, federal and company based regulations.• Based on case volume and office necessity, ensuring appropriate staffing requirements.• When necessary, recruiting qualified individuals accordingly and within established personnel guidelines.• Assisting with marketing presentations and other marketing related activities as required to maintain GENEX's visibility in the marketplace.• Monitoring the staffing of cases based on case specifications and location. Overseeing the reassignment of the workload to maximize productivity.• Assessing billing reports and conducts case reviews for progress, quality, and accuracy.• Identifying, organizing, and supervising ongoing staff training to ensure proficiency and technical competence among employees.• Scheduling and conducting branch staff meetings to relay company specific information on a regular basis.• Monitoring employee performance on a daily basis and takes proper progressive disciplinary measures if needed.• Working with the regional manager in preparing the budget and is responsible for the overall financial performance of the branch.
