Yêu cầu khác

- University/College degree. Major in English or HR management is preferred.
- Knowledgeable in Hiring procedure
- Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- 1-2 years relevant experience at FMCG field
- Excellent in communication, interview and selection skill.

- Working hour: 44hr/week at Nguyen Van Dau Str , Binh Thanh Dis.
- Working day : Monday to Friday ( from 08: 00 – 17 : 30 )

Mô tả công việc

- Searching, interviewing and selecting applicants to fulfill hiring requests within company according to company recruitment policy and suitability for employment
- Receiving and analyzing recruitment needs
- Advertising, attracting and searching candidates CVs from both internal & external especially in FCMG field (Sale, Marketing, PG vacations …)
- Organizing and arranging interview session
- Following up the final interview and selection result
- Reporting to Superior on work result and any issues related in recruitment activities.
- Proposing and discussing with Superior on solutions to improve efficiency of search and selection activities
- Entering and updating recruitment data on HR database.
- Making recruitment reports
- Implementing other tasks assigned by HR Supervisor
