Mô tả công việc

1. Prepare and run on Production Planning. Manage, control and follow the production process of all production departments, all steps to fulfill the requirement of quality, quantity and deadlines of delivery time.
2. Push and check all departments. Ensure the production follow the steps, the specifications, and deadline provided by the buyer.
3. Manage the Human Resources of production department. Help to strengthening the working spirit and awareness, ensure the labor follow the policies issued by company.
4. Controlling the operation of safe production, fire fighting, working environment in production area
5. Controlling and screening operation of security, safety, hygiene.

Job requirements:
- Good understanding of garment field
- Strong leadership skill
- Strong problem solving capability
- Outspoken and proactive
- Report proficiency
- Advanced English Communication
- Experience in control, manage more than 5 lines (equal to 500 sewing worker) is preferable/ must
- Minimum 4 year experience at the recruited position
- Working in Laos
