- Leading the strategic planning process for the brand based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
- Manage, implement and control marketing activities under the annual plan, build brand image, create a favorite of consumers, aims to achieve the objectives of the brand.
- Involvement in the development of the company’s long term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners.
- Propose with Marketing Department about the planning and development of marketing strategies and long-term short of the brand in accordance with the business strategy of the company.
- Analysis and management information systems, continuous assessment of the brand, consumer demands, and changes or affects of the market, competitors to propose practical marketing solutions.
- Manage and use Marketing budgets properly and effectively within the approved budget.
- Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogue, websites, brochures, packaging and in-store displays.
- Delivering internal and external presentations regarding new product introductions, marketing materials, business objective and communication strategy.
- Coordinating regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands’ performance.
- Managing the status of projects, product testing and the evaluation of external agencies.
- To develop and implementation marketing and promotion plan for the assigned brands/products to achieve the annual targets.
- Forecast volume and Value for the brand.
- To work side-by-side with Sales Department in developing product display, merchandising & point of sales materials and selling tool.
- Liaison with brand principles to recommend/follow up/implement agreed activities.
- Make plans and implement Marketing programs for the brand
- Work with Designers, PR, communication organizations (Television, magazines…) to perform PR programs
- Cooperate with other department to hold events, conferences or meetings
