Mô tả công việc

- Set up and monitor the operation of Finance and Accounting Department.
- Set up, implement, and supervise the implementation of Finance and Accounting policies and procedures of the company.
- Be in charge of the company’s asset management and financial investment; generate asset and financial analysis as required.
- Be in charge of consolidated accounting with Group
- Liaise with Tax Office and other related government’s agencies to settle tax and accounting matters.
- Maintain all internal financial control & observe all internal controls closely to eliminate any possibility of fraud or other irregularities.
- In charge of budget presentation to shareholders and Council with support from related departments.
- Follow up budget implementation
- Controlling expenses for each department/division in accordance with the Company’s policies.
- Prepare periodical and ad-hoc financial / management reports in compliance with statutory and other reporting requirements to authorities, shareholders and Board of Directors…. Be responsible for the accuracy of all accounting and financial reports.
- Support other departments in all issues related to financial / accounting / tax regulations.
