Mô tả công việc

- The Production staff will be in charge of all the production activies including and not limited of following up production planning, checking and following up the production progress.
- Ensuring the production capacity and resources at each process.
- Ensuring the production progress and production quality and report to Manager about bottle neck issues may affect production plan and shipping plan.
- Controlling the personnel in production section.
- Manage and control the material to be used for production.
- Managing WP based on status and condition of each process.
- Executing cost reduction with cost structural understanding and forcusing priority.
- Investigation and analysis the mistake during production and propose improvement for mistake prevention.
- Control hygiene, safety, 5S in factory.
