CRM Service (Salesforce) Business Systems Analyst Job Description As part of the CRM Service team, this position is a member of the team responsible for the design and implementation of worldwide solutions that support our Field Service, Service Admin and Technical Support organizations. This position requires a well rounded business systems analyst who can :- communicate and work effectively with cross functional teams including business teams, product teams, Global IT teams, and consultants, - work closely with the business customers to define and document business processes and to create methodology to be used globally for gathering business requirements, and managing requirement changes, - work across functions and geographies to clear issues impeding resolution,- lead efforts between technical and business teams to create and implement solutions to complex business requirements, - engage in the entire Agile software development lifecycle, including requirements, authoring user stories, defining sprint backlogs, sprints, stand-up meetings, review and retrospective, - incorporate industry best practices into requirements and Agile user stories,- develop the method for creating testing strategies and provide guidance to Agile team and business team on testing strategies, - lead Super-User training,- collaborate with ServiceMax (software vendor) to fully utilize current system functions and enhancements of future releases Required Skills This person must:- be a self-starter- have demonstrated experience collaboratively working with IT & business teams- be able to work effectively with a diverse group of Sales, Service and Business IT team members.- possess strong analytical and problem solving skills - have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate and author stories- have effective organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills- be willing to travel Required Experience BS Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent5 or more years direct experience in supporting customer technical support and service functions.- Deep understanding and experience with ERP systems and integration with service applications- Have strong end-to-end service process knowledge- Experience/knowledge in testing that include unit testing, functional testing, integration and UAT- Experience in Bio-Tech field is a plus
