Ref ID: 02760-121756Classification: Customer ServiceCompensation: $14.00 to $14.00 per hourWe currently have a need for multiple Customer Service Representatives for a local organization. In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, answering incoming calls, inputting client information, returning voicemail, as well as other customer service and administrative tasks. Ideally this person will also be experienced in resolution of customer service issues and complaints. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a call center and/or the banking industry as well as problem solving, multi-tasking, and stress management. Ideally the candidate will also have a college degree and be Bilingual in Spanish. These are 40 hour work weeks but someone must have a flexible work schedule.
