Quinault Indian Nation seeks Chemical Dependency Professional with knowledge of self-help treatment models, ASAM, individual & group treatment modalities. 2 yrs exp in substance abuse or related field desired. Duties include CD assessments & intakes; target case mgmt; provide evidence-based treatment services including Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient; facilitate/co-facilitate co-occurring treatment modalities; provide outreach. Must have HS Diploma/GED, CDP cert required, & no history of use or abuse of drugs/alcohol during 3 years prior to employment.
