To learn more, please visit us on the web at www.mbakercorp.com Baker is an EEO/AAP (M/F/Disability/Veteran) e-Verify Employer RBF Consulting, a Company of Michael Baker International, seeks a Civil Engineer II to join our Structural Engineering team in our Irvine, CA office. The Civil Engineer II will be responsible for the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for Caltrans Transportation Structures projects under the direction of a senior engineer.  Responsibilities include performing structural calculations and analysis.Requirements:B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasisProfessional Engineer (PE) license in the state of CaliforniaMinimum of six (6) years of Structural Engineering experience in the delivery of plans, specifications and estimates for California Transportation projects per Caltrans requirements.Successful candidate must have experience with the use of finite element modeling and the use of bridge design programs and Mictrostation and AutoCADExperience with Microsoft Office Suite, MATHCAD, SAP2000, RISA and CT BridgePreferences:Strong technical background in Structural EngineeringProven track record of increasing levels of responsibilityExcellent communication skills
