Prepare, maintain and process accurate and complete customer files and database tracking Continually proof documents and make assessments to ensure high quality and professional outputs Identify issues for escalation, collaborate with colleagues across the organization to provide timely and appropriate resolution  Prioritize workflow to ensure quality and turn-around times are maintained Maintain customer relationships, proactively communicating to answer questions, facilitate the process and manage expectations Continually identify areas for potential process improvement and collaborate to find and implement solutions Assist within the team and other teams as needed Other duties as assigned
