In addition, you will establish analytical approaches, and apply proven structured process improvement techniques to support manufacturing operations and key external suppliers. Leading teams to address specific issues, maintaining awareness of industry trends and advances in management systems, and evaluating the effectiveness of systems, infrastructures and management process are other responsibilities of the job. An undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field is required. Must also have 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing and quality environments.Leading, analyzing and implementing continuous improvement projects in an industrial manufacturing environment through the use of Lean and Six Sigma analysis and principles.
