Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Solutions Practice Group has an immediate need for a Corporate Paralegal with an in-house financial corporation in West Los Angeles.Position Details and Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience with either a large firm or in-house legal department, particularly in corporate governance and formation. Strong writing skills is a must. The right candidate is comfortable working both with a team and independently. He or she must be organized, methodical and able to meet deadlines. This is a permanent position. Private equity experience is a plus!Compensation:Hourly; Commensurate with experience.Interested and qualified candidates should apply as directed.
