RN - Director of Nursing Services - Long Term Care Facility A long term care center located in the central St. Louis area is seeking a strong leader to direct our nursing team. To be considered for this position, candidates must have previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The position of RN - Director of Nursing will have primary responsibility for administering and coordinating clinical services and programs for residents. The position will directly supervise nurses as nurse manager and be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations. The successful candidate for the RN - Director of Nursing position must have a current Missouri RN license, BSN preferred, and a minimum of 5 - 10 years clinical management experience, including DON experience in a skilled nursing facility.
