The team offers integrated financial services solutions designed primarily for the auto dealer community, providing financing and related services to both dealers and consumers nationwide.Oversee the collection operations for the assigned Region.Responsible for communicating and promoting Wells Fargo’s Vision and Values, and managing workflow and productivity to maintain Regional Collection Center (RCC) goals for delinquency and charge off by reducing the potential for losses within the region.Develops department strategy to align with corporate directives. Reviews and maintains budgeted goals for delinquency and charge off. Reviews and approves department-related expenses.Provides monthly forecast for losses and delinquency. Controls expenses through vendor negotiations and cost containment reviews.Workflow management: Reviews and assigns tasks to ensure accounts are worked thoroughly and effectively to meet productivity and performance goals. Determines staffing and scheduling requirements to achieve goals.Communication: Prepares and implements effective and informative weekly staff meetings to communicate goals, changes, expectations, and receive feedback.Communicates with other RBC team members to share issues and ideas.Communicates and coordinates with business partners and supporting departments. Prepares monthly RCC Checklist. Reviews and makes decisions on accounts that have the potential for loss.Handles escalated calls and customer disputes. Administers monthly performance reviews. Prepares development plans and administers coaching and disciplinary action as needed.Prepares and administers annual salary and performance reviews. Approves timecards. Hires, trains, rewards and focuses on team member succession planning and team development.Prepares development plans and administers coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations as needed. Effectively communicate corporate and department objectives on a regular basis.Motivates and creates a positive working environment to achieve productivity and performance standards. Other duties as assigned.
