The DM will partner with Verisk’s existing product development, operations, and client services groups, to manage client implementations and steady-state operations of Verisk Health’s core products and services. This role will require a resource that has a proven track record of solid Project Management, Business Analysis and Relationship Management, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The responsibilities of this role will involve, but not be limited to, defining and leading the creation of critical client-facing deliverables, identifying process improvement opportunities, coordinating and managing the client implementation effort with cross-functional groups, monitoring complex operational reporting and facilitating resolution of delivery issues as needed as well as becoming a key subject matter expert in particular areas of the business.
