Our company’s heritage goes back more than 100 years!   This exciting opportunity is responsible for providing after sale warranty and depot service for a variety of packaging and strapping modules, heads & machines.   Duties and responsibilities include: Remanufacture the equipment involving troubleshooting/diagnosing operating problem including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic functions. Disassemble units, replace defective, worn &/or damaged parts, make adjustments and test equipment. Disassemble complex heads (e.g. M40/M400) & machines, clean & quote to customer.  After approval, complete repairs and coordinate shipping back to customer. Update/upgrade modules to current revision and monitor repaired modules on shelf are also current specs. Maintain an adequate inventory of parts to ensure flow of repaired modules meets or exceeds customer demand Track returning modules & transfer fixed modules into warehouse inventory location.
