The Director of Specialty Program Implementations provides overall project management to ensure that BHO’s specialty programs are correctly established and executed per requirements of contracts between Beacon and its new or existing customers.  Position provides oversight and supervision to Specialty Program Implementation Manager.    This position must have managed care experience (behavioral health, or pharmacy program operations is preferred, and experience managing large projects that involve multiple departments, including Clinical, Customer Service, Claims, Provider Network, Business Intelligence, and Legal.
