The Director of Finance is responsible for successful performance of all financial functions of the company including financial analysis and forecasting, management reporting analytics, budgeting, compensation administration, financial statement preparation and monthly accruals, variance analysis and performance improvement, long-term financial and capital planning. The Director of Finance shall demonstrate a strong knowledge of business planning, accounting, financial improvement efforts, and budgeting efforts.
