Duties and Responsibilities   Manages the instructional design and administrative functions for all training programs. Creates and implements Team Member lifecycle training strategies including orientation & on-boarding, branch training, continuing education, management training, and leadership development. Develops and executes instructor-led training or customized training programs using various solutions and methods such as classroom facilitation, web conferences, and on-line learning solutions. Conducts needs assessments to design training programs and schedules to achieve short, medium-and long-term goals and company objectives. Directs the development and deployment of training programs and materials; partnering with business stakeholders to develop content and/or manage external vendors and customization of training programs. Develops and administers training programs that address functional/technical skills and competencies, compliance and leadership development. Assesses and monitors the effectiveness of all learning, development and training initiatives against defined metrics; guides leadership in responding to emerging issues and opportunities. Works closely with Operations and varied home office department to manage and rollout the training of new procedures and policies, major system changes, and new strategic initiatives. Responsible for managing a team including staffing, training, performance management and career development of Team Members and develops and monitors department goals. Stays abreast of organizational development practices, talent development strategies, learning strategies and emerging delivery platforms to meet the needs of a culturally-diverse and geographically-dispersed work force. Establishes metrics and measures the effectiveness of all training programs. Ensures accuracy of training records.
