Rumpke has become one of the Midwest's largest providers of waste services because we treat our people like family and they provide great service.   Division Manager – Portable Restrooms Dayton, OH   Division Managers interact with the Regional Vice President, local management, employees, customers, and vendors to provide direction and guidance related to operational and procedural activities in accordance with goals and objectives of the portable restroom division. This position oversees all operational aspects of the portable restroom division, including but not limited to: sales, operations, administration, personnel, safety and compliance, within an assigned location.  . Requirements: Work with Regional Controller, Regional Sales Manager and the Regional Vice President to develop annual operating and capital expenditure budgets. Monitor budget and operating metrics while diagnosing and improving processes, procedures and performance Interact with customers and local, state, and federal government employees to resolve customer service concerns, and ensure regulatory Current knowledge of safety regulations, requirements and compliance laws (DOT, OSHA, EPA). Must have previous management experience Waste industry experience preferred Computer skills; proficient in Windows and Microsoft applications; AS400, and Lotus Notes applications a plus. High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred Previous experience analyzing P & L statements 2 -4 years’ management experience involving employee relations and performance management Valid Driver’s License; Class B CDL preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of hire Valid DOT medical card preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of hire Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays, and be available to address operational issues by phone at all times   Great Pay & Benefits!
