You are hands on and you enjoy working with people, and now, you’re looking for just the right opportunity to gain some valued manufacturing experience. As an Engineering Intern reporting to the Department Manager, you will enroll in a 7 month program where you will develop working experience in and develop key working relationships with fundamental departments at James Hardie. During the course of your development, you will have an opportunity to learn the manufacturing process by completing multiple projects in the various machine operations. Key tasks will be focused on opportunities to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process and manage small capital while learning to be a process engineer. Your leadership or technical skills will be developed as you are given additional responsibilities over the intern period.
