Mô tả công việc

- Collect all the claims and input the data in our internal system. Make sure the information provided by the patient is correct and updated.
- Ensure the doctors complete the claim form on time and when the Insurance Company has enquiries, follow/chase the doctor to have the information required.
- Dealing with patients of any unsettled amount by insurance companies, getting their signature or incomplete documentation required by the Insurance Company.
- Control all the missing claims in the Company.
- Verify validity of insurance card/ certificate for the first time visit clients at counter.
- Verify benefit for insured clients (deductible, copayment, coverage…)
- Contact insurance companies for GOP for Inpatient cases, procedures…
- Receive claim documents from front desk staffs, distribute to each Dr in charge to fill up their parts, collect back.
- Complete the claims sets and send to Insurance Office for processing.
