PostedDate: 11/17/2014 Division: IT FlsaStatus: Exempt EmploymentType: Regular General Function:  •         The Global Services  Sales  Coordinator is responsible for assisting Global Services  team  with  various sales related activities, including: data mining and prospect analytics, prioritization of prospects based on detailed analysis and research, updating sales tools, and monitoring and reporting pipeline/sales progress for the   Fifth Third Global Solutions Team.  Responsibilities are handled in a proactive manner and involve accountability for empowered decision-making. The role is responsible for developing a prioritized prospect pipeline by mining date through a number of different internal databases and associated resources. This role should gain a detailed understanding of prospect and client financials and operational verticals that align with the Global Solutions strategy. . The role will also be responsible for understanding the Global Services product offerings. •         As a part of the data mining and analytics, this role will be responsible for establishing, updating and enhancing the Global Services sales tracking and performance tools. •         The role will also be responsible for partnering with GS sales staff and direct management to develop sales collateral, meeting content, deal specific material as part of the overall GS platform and specific to each individual pursuit. •         At times, this role may interface with corporate customers and prospects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:•         Maintaining prospect pipeline to support financial and resource forecasting •         Data mine existing portfolios for cross sell opportunities•         Prioritize pipeline based on GS strategies and provide weekly updates and recommendations•         Performs prospect due diligence to initiate internal referrals•         Assist in maintaining the Commercial and Agency RM portfolio; including fee structuring •         Prepares and processes appropriate documentation for client set-ups •         Comprehensive understanding of FTGS product offerings and strategy•         Serve as backup for assigned RM  for solution delivery to clients, prospects•         Identify opportunities and assist with One Bank activities•         Support sensitive/escalated customer service and implementation issues, as well as participate in recurring on-boarding calls for significant dealsMay be required to make customer visits for product implementation, closings, problem resolution and expedition of urgent requests.•         Prepares and coordinates all documentation for joint SLK and Agency weekly sales meetings•         Documents all sales activity in host sales tracking database•         Coordinates and prepares all pipeline tracking documents•         Documents and tracks all incentive compensation and works closely with finance/HR on payment approval•         Supports Agency and Commercial RMs in scheduling appointments, meetings, conference calls and travel.•         Maintains and develops marketing and collateral materials for internal and external distribution (i.e. Power Point presentations, client presentations, PDF files, folders, one-pagers, etc.)
