The successful candidate will be equally proficient and comfortable in performing data analysis/profiling in addition to requirements elicitation. In addition, is an active leadership position - advising Business Analysts and LOB/Source System SMEs on requirement elicitation mechanisms as well as provide thought leadership via business domain knowledge.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Actively lead the team of Business Analysts to deliver detailed, crisp, and clear requirements in addition to partnering with business, technology and operations resources to define, profile and test data consumption needs. Facilitate discussions, probing and challenging thinking, to fulfill documentation of data mapping requirements, change requests or defect analysisUltimate accountability for detailed, crisp and clear documentation and the ability to translate the information to other team membersShare subject matter expertise of end state solution (i.e. Credit Risk Reporting domain knowledge) and be able to translate to other project resources enriching their understanding of the business need and solutionActive owner of various project milestones, tasks, issues, risks and defects throughout all phases of the projectAnalyze problems, offer recommendation options and solutions to minimize client or operational impact REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience in a leadership roleDemonstrated practical knowledge of business and technology in creating integrated solutions. Experience in Information Delivery in Credit Risk or Regulatory Reporting domains.Excellent written and oral communication skills is required.
