Bachelor’sDegree; major in engineering/ construction or related field;

• Have atleast 10 years of experience in construction site-based QHSE management, atleast 05 years in system set up and 3 years in managing safety in manufacturingenvironment;

• Haveexperience in leading multicultural teams;

• Obtain:leadership, communication, training, mentoring and management skills;

• Proficiencyin QHSE management software and MS Office;

• Goodcommand of English;

• Ability towork under pressure.

Mô tả công việc

Our client is a FDI company, now looking for a Group QHSEManager.



• Define andset up QHSE improvements, QA/QC requirements in accordance with the companypolicy;

• Support andassist managers/directors in the implementation of QHSE;

• Makerecommendations to other relevant section or individual relating to theapplication of QHSE improvement;

• Update anddevelop the QHSE manual, procedures;

• Handle allrelevant problems affecting QHSE, identify the root and take necessary actionto resolve them timely;

• In chargeof recruiting, training and mentoring QHSE team members;

• Connect andwork closely with other depts., organizations in the improvement of QHSE;

• Other taskswill be discussed in details during the interview;
